your right and thats why i have 91-92 5 spokes. imo i dont like flat wheels. i like wheels with a staggered look and dish to a certain point. im just waiting for the right point in which i have enough money to spend 2500-3k on wheels and tires which might be a while.
so hard do you think it would be to light up the center section with regualr light bulbs? is there any difference between the jdm tails vs the usdm tails in that part other than there darker to make it light up better.

Steel is still lighter than stock so its still an upgrade. My vote would be either cf or steel. Would not be happy to have an alum ds rip my car apart on a hard launch.
to make sure every thing is clean the only things you can leave on is the oil pump ds(as long as there going to not hot tank) and the rear timing cover. i would torque the timing cover before even going there and tell them not to remove it.

really? ive seen my friends and they look pretty good and better than stock. stock low beams suck. i have hid's and i wouldnt go back.

there is one guy on here that did the led conversion with 4 rows of leds and went inbetween the turns that looked really good. i think if you did that and incorporated the center section that would look really good.
naw they dont. they just check for egr and cats and make sure its not a ilegal swap pretty much. smog testing is only done at 15 & 25 mph cruising speeds on a roller with no load.
