Big F@i&ing lolz. I didnt even notice that as i half look at ebay shit. Wow so you would have to run a 4 foot long lower rad hose.
Op spend your money on wiser upgrades and search around this forum. There is a crap load of info here and searching helps you.
That sounds sick but would like to see pics.
Also in my opinion you should have gone 2j but with that old of a car it might be pretty light making the 1j fun.
Edit: i forgot to say welcome.
A new fan clutch is much quieter. I had a good one and made the mistake of putting a turbo fan on a n/a fan clutch. Bad idea as it wore out and it took me 3 trips to the junk yard to find one that wouldn't lock up after a week. The last one lasted me about a year now and no problems for 12...
So you want to gain a whopping 3hp that you wont even feel nice.
Lets see so we have a gain of 3hp and most likely over heating with crap fans vs not over heating with stock setup and not gaining a whopping 3hp. Hmmmm.

Its for the water temp sensor circuit. Its the one for the ecu so you kind of need that fixed.
Yup. One number will flash fast and the other slow and it will repeat the codes over and over. Theres also a big space inbetween codes. Also i use a small paper clip thats bend and stays in my car in case i ever need it.
Have you checked for codes?
Edit: Throw the haynes manual away and use this and start here:

If you look through that site theres the Toyota repair manual with much more.
Stock and stock. Call champion toyota or check out driftmotion.com. You can also shim the oil pump for some more pressure but no more than 5mm. If your on stock oil cooler circuit you need to shim the relief valve on the filter head the same amount as the pump.
