Sick dude. I took a couple turbos apart at my work and i was amazed at how easy it was. thought it would have been more complicated but still very interesting at how there designed.

I would not put thicker oil in. run either 5w30 or 0w30. Your valve stem seals could have taken a shit.

You might gain a little and make it sound better but that could also be 200 towards a turbo swap.

Should be a harness on the tranny with plugs and then some that come down on the drivers side that goes to the tranny. Most of the plugs are different and have different colors so they should match right up. And for the vacuum hoses...

Try jiggling the cps wires while cranking. Mine does it every once in a while. Sounds funny but it works. Did you get new spark plugs?

Yes you need to remove the oil pressure sensor and screw in a gauge. An actual oil pressure tester should not leak when you do this.

You need to adjust it.

Junkyards there only like 200. You could use 7m electronics too.

My car at with full interrior and some tools with 1/8 tank was 3636.

Take some pictures with a ruler on the exhaust housing where it meets the manifold. It might be a t4 turbo which you would be able to use with a t4 manifold.

Put 12v to the red and white/black stripe wires.

Might want to take a look at your spark plugs if youve been cranking and cranking. Could be fouled out. Just make sure it looks like the picture when installed.

You could push it down or else the motor or or gears are toast. Does it make noise when you turn the radio off?
