Its hard to say to that. People have a want for this But if your going to charge 500 for a pnp kit i doubt they would buy.
If you came out with a 500$ kit that drops the head lights a little bit(Sleepy eyes) and a shitty hid kit im sure they would buy it.
Then to do both i think it would be...
Its hard to compare size with those pics but unless for some odd reason you were trying to measure hg thickness with a feeler gauge there should be no reason that any foreign object is there. Unless....Many things pop into head now...
Edit: your kidding right? mhg or mls are single layers...
Had the same problem but only had to move the car.(steering wheel locked) Those locks are pretty damn tough. We tried hammering all sorts of screwdrivers in there but it wouldnt budge. We did find the lock for the wheel but still couldnt bust the ign lock. Good luck with that. Im also no...
Comp test would be ideal, but since motor is already out and something blew that out as you can see marks its prolly compression. Weird i dont remember my felpro looking like that and i just did a hg the 1st of the year.
Just remove the inner tie rod.
As you can see there is no way to get it on or off except with the tie rod.

No its at like 40psi or something.. You would be in the upper rpms and no where near 2k rpms. Stock cooler sucks anyway.
You have a thoughtful design but a mechy t stat will do the samething cheaper, cleaner, easier, and prolly better.
There is an adjustment in the speedo itself. I forgot who did it but there is a write up about it. Idk if it was here or the other(now super ugly) site.
Stock metal oil lines? Not really easy manipulated at all unless you pull the studs off the block then i could see it, but a thick tube that doesnt bend with studs holding it in place no way.
Or unless you bent it, which is not that way i go about things. That is something i would not look...
Or carbon build up creating a glow plug.
Ive had bad gas and it wasnt just once it was all the time from 1 certain gas station, but it was either a lil from there or run out of gas. You put gas in and in less than 20 miles your out gas. odd. Thats also why i didnt just say bad gas...
Ya but if you flip the switch when oil temps are up then you always have oil going through the cooler possibly cooling the oil down too much and causing problems. Cold oil on hot metal you see?
With the t stat its just like coolant, the oil reaches a certian desired temp, opens cools, closes...
So basically you have to manually let the oil go through the cooler via switch. You dont always want oil going through the cooler
A t stat is something that works.
Higher octane gas has a lesser chance of detonation. Which could happen to any one with a bad batch of gas or a shitty gas station owner.
Money has nothing to do with it. Its 3$ were talking about here. You could get that in less than an a hour on a freeway off ramp with a sign. Ive been...
I would start at the drivers side switch because the ground for the circuit has to go through the drivers side switch.

What turbo are you using at what psi. Stock or upgraded ct?
Could take the turbo off and port the waste gate hole. Just make sure nothing gets in where the wheel is. And dont go to big where the flapper door wont seal.
Using a t4 mani would be some work and some money. Not really worth it...
