Ive seen 3 r154's that have a little lip in the very front of the input shaft from the bearing. I would just sand it down a little if you can and some pb blaster it might come off.

There dusty yes but never had any noise front or rear until they get low. Same for the trd carbon/ceramic pads.

Better and cheaper to just find a working afm. Unless like above your not on stock fuel.

Try adjusting the tps. Loosen the screw and move it. Thats how your supposed to do but with a multimeter until its in spec. Ghetto way would be to move it until it idles at the right rpm and doesnt screw with revving.
