If there is another one just like it by no3 cylinder then ya its for the cam sensor. I would just send it back and get another. Who knows if it was shipping and having a bent cam or if it was a shitty casting or some thing.
Shafts should be the same size. Pulleys are different but the outputs should be the same.
Thats why the mr2(iirc) alternator is a upgrade cause it outputs like 120 amps.
I would get a good bit. Drill in the center of it and then get a easy out. Use lots of pb blaster. and hope it will come out easy.
IF thats a no then need a slightly bigger bit.
You need to have a good battery. One that has been sitting wont work. The window motors put a lot of load on the battery. Thats why it takes them forever to go up with the engine off.
What do you need? I got my harness all wired up just by testing where all the wires went. I havnt started it yet tho. HOpeing within the next couple days but i can send you what i wrote down.
Idk if a/c will work properly yet but pps and abs will and all the gauges should be fine. I...
Just pull the door panels and apply power to the motors. If it doesnt go one way switch the power and ground around and it will go the other way.
Iirc all you need is the little blue wire that goes to the fuse box to power all that. That and a gorund for the battery.
Long as it seals doesnt matter. Clamp the clamps down tight. Double check your work, maybe a pipe could be twisted a tad to not be a angle to the next one.
Also is the cheap bov working properly?
Ground on the coil pack wires wont matter.
You have a wiring issue from old wires prolly at the cps or coil packs. Just jiggle the wires when it happens and find the area, best bet would be to rewire the whole exhaust side. Also those wires like to corrode as well.
