Thats like total rebuild. The 5 speed parts.
Might be better to have a 4 door, but the cost to fix that is going to be a lot. And then you need all the 5 speed parts so your looking at about another grand plus labor for that.
Better to just use the stock 190. If you go to low you will put the engine in warm up enrichment mode.
But if you really want to do that you can just go to autozone or something and they should have different degree stats.
If you have access to a welder or know someone that welds its far cheaper to just buy universal kit.
I paid 240 shipped for my fatty ic and universal piping kit.
Drive it till it blows. You have no idea whether it will blow next week or in 10 years.
Also you shouldnt try and use a mhg unless you machine both the block and head, which means complete rebuild.
Also every time you pull the head off it should be machined.
You can use any mk3 diff.
Depending on which year you use like 3.91 or 3.73 will depend on how much you will notice it.
If your n/a id look for a 4.30 lsd or a 4.11 torsen from the jza70(non us) or a 3.91. I had a 3.91 in my n/a and it wasnt bad.

You need a lot of cfm out of the fans.

This is also why the mechanical fan works better.
Also might need a extra little pusher fan for the other side on the condensor. There was one there stock,
My first car was a 88 n/a. blew up after 5k. Sat for a year. Then got a jdm motor and it ran good unttil the hg went 2 years later and then got hit after i did the hg.
Just get a pic of the harness and connectors. Look at the plug on the car and in the pic. If there the same it will work.
If your car is a gray plug car with the early gray plug connectors it should work.
