Spray paint and clear coat would work fine. Most stock radiators are painted. But as Steve said too much on the fins would effect the air flow through them. Really only the top tank and maybe the sides is all you need to do. Powder coating would look nice too.
Just make them all connected. You could also post in the wtb or look in the for sale threads. Im sure someone has one floating around in the millions of 7m parts everyone seems to have.
It shoudl clear up your problem unless you have excessive blow by from bad rings or something.
Its not only thje fact that there 40$ regs, its hte fact that china is coming out with such good fakes that its not even worth buying. Honestly stay the fuck away from ebay for performace buys,
They sell for 40$. But.... Would you trust your motor with a cheap ass reg that might crap put at any tIme? It doesn't add performance. More fuel dOswnt mean more hp.
No there just like a big shim. You can get them lots of places but idk. I think autozone or kragen even sells them ! of thoe places.
im 275/35 adn 255/35 on 10in +25 all around. Got my coils on and im tucking tiny bit of tire front and a tad in the back. Zero rubbing. With jkust rolled...
If your good at looking for parts you could find all that and use a precision billet turbo for around the same price and have a much better and quicker spooling turbo.
The only problem with upgraded stock twins is the exhaust housing is still going to get out flowed and flat line in high rpms.
You can use a small single like a t57 or something with a billet wheel and still get fast spool and more hp. Or a bigger turbo and quick spool valve.
65$ from trd.

Both those ebay links are prolly fakes. 1 prolly just used a better picture adn you can obviously tell the other is a cheap knock off. Knock offs are getting better and better and you can see why company's are out sourcing.
Im running 275/255 with wider wheels and bigger wheels front and rear. About the same drop and about to go lower this week. Just rolled fenders.
You will need to roll fenders or it might cause damage unless you stretch which is eh unless you haaev some good tires.
Also be a good idea to get...
