I would just find any cheap decent block and send into someone that is proven to do good work on it to do your machining for you that way you can get everything you want or don't want done to it.

Why not save a bunch of money and do it yourself. Its not hard to do. Take your time do it right and spend the money you save doing it yourself on quality parts. There are Step by step instructions on changing the headgasket on this forum.

Update...when I dropped the pan off there was small flakes of brass by the magnet. Obviously bearings right? I planned on changing the bearings and oil pump anyway but still hoping when I take the caps off the crank looks fine. Everything looked good though that's what I don't get. Crank spins...
