sounds like your car can "see its breath" from the cold :) But yeah, better to be over cautious then let a BHG go undealt with. As far as gas milage goes, it could be a number of things. Too thick of oil for temp, timing, really low tire pressure...spare tranny in the back ;)

HKS had a lot of people over tightening the adjustment screw, and bunking up the valve. So they decided to do away with it and save money on repairs. If you can get one with the adjustment screw that still works OK, go for it. I'm not 100% sure if there is any difference in product name between...

Yeah, most places would have no idea that there are two cats on that car. You should be ok with just a single high flow. Also, my car only drones at about 2500-3000 rpm. Anything out of that range and it is quiet...wont draw any attention.

I have a cooleeze dp, test pipe and HKS super drager. It's amazingly quiet for a full 3" exhaust, I definately recommend it. If you're going to upgrade, don't even bother with a 2.5" ... turbos like flow ;) Get a downpipe and a good high flow cat. I'm not exactly sure if the "visual" test in...
