    mg89's upgrades on MKIII

Sounds like you've got all your pay checks lined up for parts :) Oh, don't get the HKS downpipe...They aren't full 3" all the way through. I would look into a BIC or Cooleeze DP.

    Nm shifter update

Yeah, the shifts on Nashman's shifter are awesome, and really quick. I drove "old red shitty" with that in there, and it makes the SOGI mod look pretty clumsy.

BHG'ed, Does $2k Sound Like the Right Price?

Well, not necessarily faster if beers are involved, but WAY more fun :) Sunday afternoon, rip off the head and pack it up. Monday morning, call around to your favourite machine shop and drop it off. They will definately have it done before the weekend. Call them midweek, and ask how much...

BHG'ed, Does $2k Sound Like the Right Price?

call around chad, that seems too high. If you want somebody else to do it, then you're looking at around 1k at a regular shop. But if you have a garage, and aren't scared to get your knuckles dirty I'd just do it myself. And you were quoted 1200 labour? Whoa, you might as well just give that...

enjoying last few days of sun (56k warning)

Well, the ol' supra has been parked for the winter. Gives me a good chance to get some work done on it (new clutch, lex, injectors, fpr, pump, hg) and also, save some money on insurance/gas! My new "whip" lol ;) Check out those rusted fenders. I hope to get most of the work done in...

Are there any runners other than me?

new shoes will make me run faster? Man, sure beats getting in shape :) How much do those puppies go for, I'm looking for a good runner. I've generally stuck with the adidas shoes because they tend to fit wide and don't hurt the wallet. But I think it's time for an upgrade.

How do you get rid of waterspots on paint???

sure, it does clean really well but it does take off all the wax...And, once you've gone through the wax, now you're working on the clear coat.

How do you get rid of waterspots on paint???

nah, dish soap is pretty abrassive and isn't good for the paint. I've always used a turtle wax brand soap and just got it good and frothy - then a nice wax afterwards :) aigo? no idea. sounds like a spelling mistake. www.acronymfinder.com came up with no results...

How do you get rid of waterspots on paint???

ooo dish soup...bad idea! To keep her clean 'n sexy, get some quality product. Also, do a good waxin as well. Maybe phone up the place where you got your car painted and see if they have any suggestions on what waxes/soaps you should be using.

    PLEASE SOMEONE HELP EMERGENCY!

any codes? http://www.supra.co.nz/87tsrm/EFI/efi5.htm I'm not too experienced with this stuff...but a 15A fuse is pretty hefty. Not sure what could trip that unless there is faulty wiring somewhere. A fuel pump could do it maybe...I know DC motors draw a ton of current if they're stuck.

choosing a tablet pc for college, help!

Yeah, don't get a tablet PC...they're novel but that's about it. If your handwriting is messy to begin with the tablet will just amplify its crappiness! In all honesty, you shouldn't bring a laptop to class anyways. There are far too many distractions (SM for one!) that get in the way of...
