wow, so this thread is still alive and kicking eh?
Another recommendation for good speakers: Diamond D6 or HEX series components :) AWESOME mid-bass for the price ($400ish). They need some power though lol.
You all aren't helping by telling me "you should've known this" lol. I'm gonna go buy an MKIV and cry in a corner now!!!
No really though...I'll be getting a new car somewhere around feb-april of 08, and I'm torn between 3 of my favorite sports cars:
+93Ltd. Ed. TT MKIV
---Must be black...
Oh and in case anyone is wondering, the interior of BlueMKiii's car is immaculate too...just like the outside. Only thing he may not like is that I'm a smoker, but only with the windows down, so it shouldn't be too bad. Damn you for buying my car! Damn you!
Hoe...Lee....Sheeeeyit. 700rwhp...3000lb OR LESS car....so lets see here...it'd take a supra...yeah there's no math to even do the MR2 wins at scrabble...forever.
LMAO I came in here to post the same damn thing. PTE 67-76 DBB is a QUICK spoolin mother, and DAMN does that thing come on hard...well, at least it does in an 86 Buick T-Type that runs 8.80's *giggle*
My dad runs a turbonetics 67mm BB with the F1 fins q-trim on his 87 Grand National and that...
Umm guys he's trying to attach a cd player via AUX input, why not just buy an aftermarket headunit? You get SOOO many more options with aftermarket. Shit even a cheap ass jensen would work.
Oh, and Kyle, you're a homo. :D
550's+lex=/=20:1 afr...take a mechanics stethoscope and listen to each injector and make sure they're all firing. Other than that, get a REAL AFR meter, not that POS wannabe stoichometer.
I know this is rediculously late to post this up, but I didn't even think to post it here.
The show is TODAY (sunday) in Milstadt, Il at the VFW hall. Show runs from 7am-7pm, all proceeds benefit the friends of kids with cancer charity.

I've been looking at going carpc for a LOOONNNNG time, but I think it'll be more hassle than it's worth for what I'd use it for. Integrating a decent sound card with sound processors and multiple amps and what not just doesn't seem fun :( maybe I'm just intimidated by it...I dunno...
I agree with your last statement Adjuster! Free turbos are always fun. If it fails, I sell the adaptor, stick with the CT and enjoy my braided lines haha.
MKIIINA, the "dickheaded" response wasn't really necessary. I'm an admitted turbo n00b, but I learn best by jumping in head first.
