Should be fine...if your worried about it, i would just take it to a machine shop and have them make sure it was properly balanced and not warped.

Holds up pretty well so far, only time will tell...it's only been about 200 miles on the motor so I have a long way to go...

Thanks guys, i will be on here more and get a build thread going...gotta finish the break in on the motor. The carbon is a fabric like material that I wrapped the parts with...wish it was real but then i would be broker than i already am :)

The ignitor is grounded through the mount but it's a weak ground...an electrical system is only as good as it's weakest ground ;)

ground your ignitor try some ngk 3330(old part #) plugs.

here is a pic of when i drilled out the old threads-i went a bit deeper as well-no signs of getting anywhere close to a water jacket...i just dont see how it can happen. My guess is that it is leaking from the front water pipe rubber hose or the "triangle" shaped gasket from the water housing...

check to make sure the ignitor is grounded properly.

i cant imagine that the stud went in too far...i recently upgraded my studs and had to drill out the old threads...even then it didnt get any where close to the water jackets...may be a dumb question, but this is on a 7m head right?

how did you and your buddy measure the RA for your head and block if you dont mind me asking?

I have the circle led tails on mine from a semi truck. If you put them close enough to the lense you will have no problems with the light looking wierd. Search under my name for pics and you will see what I'm talking about

Check for continuity on that fuse, when mine blew it looked fine but it had a tiny crack in it.

check the main fuse for the alternator, its located in the engine bay fuse box and needs to be unbolted.
