Mine would only boil over when I parked the car. It wouldn't over heat but the bhg would pressurize the coolant system. So If isn't the radiator cap then I would say bhg.

Turbo seals. When it gets hot enough to burn the oil, it will smoke. the oil is inside your down pipe or manifold. That's why you don't see oil.

I hit it from the top. I put a wrench on the nut side to hold the nut in place. Then use a socket wrench on the fire wall side with a small pipe. To extend the handle. Works great.

Sending. It back to majestic turbo. it should still be under warranty of some sort. The seal in the back of the cartridge is leaking oil into the exhaust housing.

Nope. I was supposed to go down there today but didn't make it. I'm going down tomorrow and put the ic piping on, and button ever thing down. I'll get insurance on it and inspection Monday. It's blowing smoke but nothing major runs great. i think I might need to check some vacuum hoses.

wiring will be a bit different. I just pull a 1j out of a 90 and dropped in a 89 and there was a differance in the body plugs. Well I guess it will depend on if it's a early or late 89. On mine the 90 had 4 body plugs and the 89 had 3. Is it a jza 70?
