I went looking at four different supras lately and they all were rusted out. Took me a lot of gas and windshield time to find a clean one. My 89 HT has no rust and my new 92 is rust free as well.

Can you make a spacer that is the same diameter as the brace bracket. That way the strut bar will be even from strut tower to strut tower. Not sure if one side being a 1/4" inch higher on one side even matters.
I searched this topic a lot when I had my 7M. The .57 seems to last almost as long as the stocker. The 60 trims are hit and miss but most seem to fail within several thousand miles. Not to say all, but a lot.
