Hey Dane it's Derek. After looking through both the 87 and 90+ TEWD the only connection I can see that is coming from the TCCS is NSW as you can see here: http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TEWD/MK3/manual.aspx?S=Main&P=49
That is connected on the CCC to ST as you can see here...
It's concerning that the efi fuse was blown.... Did you check engine codes? (t +e1 in diag box.) Looking at your video to me it screams timing. I know you said you checked timing, but what was your process? (cams are aligned with backplate, crank @ 0, and take the cps cover off to verify marks...
Mine dim great! I even added led's under the outside mirrors that come on with my alarm remote when I unlock the doors.
Oh and do show a little care when pulling the cover off because I did snap off one of the plastic holders on the cover!
