so your not running oil squirter? wouldnt that cause a rod knock after a time? also what did you do with the other knock sensor since the GTE's have 2? and would it be worth it to get oil squirter's put in a GE block?

ok so i ask for answers i get this... even though its a prep for NAT or GTE swap. i just need the 87 on the road so i dont lose my 86's suspension driving down the road. so just go stock rebuild and get everthing i need for the NAT/swap later? or see if i can get everything for the NAT/swap?

the 87 will be daily driver for summer only so if she is done by next summer ill have a whole summer and part of fall to find another DD unless all goes well and im sitting in Texas. and anything i put on this GE and be Taken off and dropped into a GTE so it wouldnt be a complete waist of time...
