    Boosted: See the 2nd pic, See where the exhaust gasket mark is? I'd take the ports out to that then continue it in untill the roof of the port thins out. I'd take the floor in the same amount so you don't make the short turn radius too sharp then carefully blend the bowls into the valve...

    JT: New head is 116mm thick. My junk head has .3mm off and Allan's junker we cut up has .6mm off!

    LOL Kung! My standalone has a rev limiter that cuts the fuel but as the car has dual fuel Gas or Propane it has no way of controlling the revs when on Propane! (I know this seems a bit off topic) This is the only reason I'd given it any thought at all! Old school rev limiters used to...

    Best cut would be to use a small tube cutter, next best would be a hacksaw blade but you'll get fillings in the line (can flush em out by turning the key on for a sec) Either way if you do this you'll have to replace the line.
