yes the other holes are offset a couple of degrees
If you put a pin in hole 1 in the cam and hole 1 in the pully it will offset the cam a degree or so.
Hole 2 in both is 0
Hole 3 is offset the other way
I wouldn't bother with the dyno till you...
I wouldn't push it too hard Gixx.
I can't see it being that far out that it would cause damage.
Have you tried the other 2 holes to see if they're closer?

Who told you it's 12x1.25?
It's actually 10x1.25 (just went out and double checked)
The Helicoil kit tap for 10x1.25 should just about work in the stripped hole without drilling.

Pay special attention to the Oil return make sure the gasket surface is clean on both it and the block and don't lose the copper washers from the turbo supply! (bit of a hint wheel bearing grease holds em in place nicely)
I'm sure the guys have some other useful hints/tips!
