Joel: That's still 60c AUD a litre :(....
It's really difficult to "stockpile" as you need a pump to transfer it from the holding tank to the vehicle!
This also means running out is a bitch in an LPG only car!
JJ: ROFLMAO! BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzpoof!
Yeah I was going to throw in Keepers/Collets/Locks/Split Locks but figured I'd just confuse the issue more than I had already ;)
Thanks Rich!
Doing the conversions that's 97c AUD a litre which for us is really expensive as today it's just on 50c AUD a litre!
I guess it's a supply/demand thing and if it's not as common there they can screw people :(.
LMAO nah just setting it for the demise of another 7M ;)
It sort of follows a pattern here when someone gets a Mk3 and starts wailing on it before they've done any maintenance!
This one>>
Once you've done 3>4 you'll get a feel for how hard to hit and blaze through the rest!
Valver retainer>rag>plug socket>short extension bar so you don't hit your fingers> hammer
The locks are a circle cut in half.
Collets/Locks are the little things you're talking about there are 2 to each valve.
Socket is the tool you use to pull the plugs and just happens to be the right size for this job.
Jon: Grab a piece of rag a plug socket and an extension bar
Put the Rag over the Valve collet/lock then the Plug Socket making sure the rag is a little loose under there then give it a light hit with a hammer and hey presto it all comes apart and the rag stops you losing the locks!
"Trim" isn't a direct comparison between 2 different Turbos SH.
I did a thread on it awhile back and you could have 2 "50 Trim" turbos with different size wheels that would flow totally different amounts of HP! ;)
