Mines 65mm ID matched to my IC Piping and nope no lag at all and is running comfortably 18 psi to 7700 rpm.... Unless you're shooting for really big HP I don't believe a huge TB is needed.
Pull the Oil filler cap while it's running have a listen and put your hand over it and see if you can feel pressure... this will confirm if it's blowby or not.
Ok after much research and asking as many questions as I can and speaking with a few of the local suspension tuners here in Australia I'm going for a set of externaly adjustable Koni's custom valved to match the spring rates I choose with height adjustable hardware and Eibach Coilover springs...

The Catch can should have a vapour/liquid seperator inside (flap with a lip)
Hot Air/Oil comes in hits the cooler flap then seperates air goes back to the intake and liquids get "caught" in the can ;)
