    Help with timing!!!!

    2 degrees base isn't going to make a lot of difference either way. Depending on Gas quality it might even put you into knock and the ECU will pull timing giving you worse overall performance. A built motor is a whole different game.

    Exhaust Switching Question

    I guess it would depend how quiet/restrictive an exhaust you were running to how much it would affect spool. Mine's pretty rumbly/not restrictive at all so running it Boost operated wouldn't affect much. I was thinking of the guys that run a near stock Choke ummm I mean Exhaust ;)

    Can't remember what Turbo you have SH but 2.5" will be much better than 3" and if it's a CT 2.25" might be better again!

    Ok I understand your idea but I was thinking if it was open prespool it would let the Turbo spool so much faster instead of just snapping open after the lag!
