The second you modded your car there was no "right answer" it all depends on the car as there are so many variables that will affect the gap!
Try 30 see how it runs if it breaks down up high drop the gap if it doesn't break down go slightly bigger.
<hint> They tend to strip out from either abuse (too much torque or not enough) or when the Head anneals :( (I know this seems to be a pet subject of mine but it's real and the exhaust side is where it happens first)
In normal KeyChain use I can't see it needing any more strength but I suspect you could break it in abmormal usage! (Can't wait to see pics of keychain failures from "I was just driving along and it broke" ) ;)
Electric Die Grinder........
A Dremel will take weeks to remove the same amount of material that the Die Grinder with the Correct Burr for Aluminium will do in hours!
They're NOT that expensive and it's a case of the right tool for the job.
