    you mean like compression springs between the friction material and the actually metal plate? i see, i guess they dont have them lol either way they shouldnt be too bad, my cousin has a spec stage 3 in his 240 and its not bad at all, touchy as in when it grips it grips but isnt jerky.

    yea as long as you can turn them by hand you should be ok. Another thing to try is to roll the car by pushing it and if it rolls freely its all good. it should slow to a stop naturally and shouldn't jerk to a stop.

    +1 for fix, not worth the trouble or weight savings, prolly in the 1-5lbs range. Not to mention when you have one time where you need it and it saves you from totaling your car, it will be that much more worth the money and time to fix it.     Boost is resistance to flow, has nothing to do with fuel cut or horsepower level.
