Depends on the grit of the honing device and what type and how much bigger it is then your bore.
If its a course grit and is significantly larger then your bore it will take more off then a fine grit slightly larger apparatus.
Do a little and remeasure. shouldnt make THAT big of a difference.
Jeez, dont listen to these guys, they have NO clue. The barbecue grills wastegate regulates the flow of propane to the heat element. Its kind of like a fuel pressure regulator on a car. its what threads onto the valve of the propane tank.
Maybe after cool down while the hose is collapsed, just take the radiator cap off and see if the hose goes back to normal, That would be a pretty simple test.
