There is a mount on the bottom of the stock down pipe attached with a exhaust clamp, i cant remember if its attached to tranny or engine. Might want to check that out.
Also converter bolts and check the shifter linkage as everyone else said.
I posted the file because the files you posted that you were trying to use looked so horrible I'm not syprised it didn't start. If it doesn't start with the map I posted theN it has to be wiring.
The wiring isn't that dfficult. Trace the PNP harness to the stock connectors. Should only take...
If your stock, raise till fuel cut if You would like. That's why it's there. It'll turn the engine off before you hurt it.
And the TCCS runs so rich in stock form you'll be fine.
A boost controller is required to adjust the boost level with all things bieng equal. If you change one thing it will effect others, changing the downpipe effects base level boost.
The stock wastegate is calibrated for the stock parts so the spring in the stock wastegate is going to regulate...
Easy. Give people time to respond.
You can see increased boost because turbines work off of a pressure ratio. There needs to be the proper ratio of pressure across the wheel to create the force to spin in. Since it's a ratio a smal change on one side equals a large change on the other...
A Wide band is exactly that, A wider band of precision.
The factory narrow band 02 sensor sends signal over a 0-1 volt range, The way it detects and outputs signal leads it to be quite imprecise to gauge AFR because its design is only to be precise to 14.7 AFR.
A factory narrow band 02 sensor...
Check your wiring and contact Aaron, if you bought everything from him and he set up the harness he should know the settings.
You have it set for 6 ignitors, is the ignition on a 1j sequential? Also the name of that map is saved under 2jz.
The 1jz map you posted in the zip file i see...
Anyone make any tables for auxiliary inputs yet? I went with the 8860 but for some reason when i try to enter a number into the auxiliary input table it has to be a whole number or else when saved and reopened it will have rounded the number to a whole number.
For instance i made this table...
None taken, I will be making my own, i was just wondering if anyone still made one like MDC used to. If someone that knew the best position for ease of installation and proper fitment still made one id rather buy that and be done with it then spend a few hours making one myself. Though it seems...
How would that compare to a MP T-70? i just ordered 2 flanges and when i get them im going to stack them to see how it fits, if i need any more space and ill weld in some 1/4 inch plate to make a riser.
