5's will be ok if you drive it gently 6's are good for moderate boost and playing around 7's for high boost/abuse ;)

As I said they may be more prone to overheating in day to day driving if the motors breathing hard, when this happens it'll just run like a sack of crap miss at idle and be hard to start.

Might overheat them easier depending on the motor's condition as NGK numbers are backwards! Bigger # = Cooler plug ie: 6 = stock 7 = 1 step colder
