    W58 and Auto crossmembers are very different so I'd assume the 154 uses the same cross member as the auto as they share the same slip yokes.

    A bit harsh but close to the money! Brakes are not something to mess around with if you're not 100% sure of what you're doing.

    I looked into it here a couple of years back even managed to track down a motor for $12K AUD then did some sums on rebuilding it and bailed on the idea ;)

    Yes that was the bleeder....... You could try an "easy out" but there's a chance it'll break off as well. It's looking like rebuilt callipers might be a better option for you now.
