Cake II - The Sequel

As it's my birthday on sunday, i thought i'd make myself a cake, seeing as no-one else is going to. It's my 25th, so i thought i'd go mental and make the biggest cake i could. Not in the same league as the Skoda cake i enlightened everyone with the other day, but still pretty large. I've not finished doing anything more than making the 3 sponge cakes, but i filmed the construction of it, seeing as people seemed to enjoy my steak ones and the bowling ones

Well i'm larger than a small army - so it has to be

I start the mammoth task of icing it later today....but i've just watched the finale of Heroes, so i must now sleep!

IT HAS BEEN ICED! And i dont mean i popped a cap in its ass

Right - each layer has chocolate buttercream and raspberry jam on it, the top has been iced with chocolate fudge icing with sprinkles on top and i'll finish it off on the day with a chocolate mousse or something, i cant decide at the moment.

The tops of the cakes, ie the bit that goes '^' have been taken off, so i'm going to turn them to crumb and make those little truffle balls out of them

ARP Bolts cant surely be THAT heavy can they? I'd have to order them from the US anyway, and i'd much rather get them from a trusted source (ie, you!)
