    It's actually that the part is "sintered" to make it they take metal powder and press it into shape with some heat. It makes an accurate part that needs little finish machining but it's quite brittle to impacts and will break. If it were a lubrication issue it's be blue and galled.

    Is this using a stock type CPS? If so those Air Gaps may be a touch wide if the Magnets are old/tired. Take a sheet of writing paper fold it in half and use that to reset them. (My brand new CPS would fire the MoTeC reliably out of the box) Sorry can't help with the other settings.

    Finger the exhaust and see if it's Oily or Coolant. (Coolant will wash away under the tap Oil won't)
