Q: I'd be expecting 450+ for that big a turbo but it all depends on the map it might go nuts after 20psi ;)

If you can arrange a pic it will be easy to tell if it's just some genius has removed the stock Shims or that you have some bizarre cam grind as I posted earlier.

Aluminium that's been heat treated to make it harder (our heads) can be softened (annealed) once heated past a certain temp and cooled.
The Exhaust side of the head can easily reach this temp if the coolant is low.
Clip: Untick some of the IE preferences and see if that lets QT work?
(have a look in media player as well, just checked QT works fine here)

Uni's are 1350 Solid hi impact units bigger diameter heavy wall tube and a Spicer a340/r154> 1350 slip yoke.
Sin: The Shaft the holds the carrier would be a problem in Al as it's small diameter.
