    Didn't think the dipstick hole is big enough for a nut to go down there.... I'm guessing it's stuck on the subframe near the rack.

    Heat on acceleration only.

    Sounds like a dead or dying amplifier in the Climate Control. Even if you zip tie the water valve open there's a servo controlled air door inside the Heater box controlled by ta daaaa the CC Amplifier circuit. If this dies NO HEAT......
