Pretty well the style of driving my car is built for ;)
To the extent I run a G Sensor hooked to the traction control/boost controller to stop it coming on hard at high G's.
If they weren't on/off the throttle they should have buttoned off and checked the tune then run it up again.
There's a lot of cowboys that once a pull starts they just keep the boot in....
I had an injector lay down and the operator didn't shut it down ... result: Hole torched through piston.
I'd like to see what's failed before passing judgement
If you had full logging on the run it'd be easier to see what went on but without a TPS trace I don't know if the wave is a tuning issue or he was moving the throttle.
Fresh: Don't know what you're looking at but it's nowhere near 14 afr?
Jado: I wouldn't expect the 13.5 on the blue run to have hurt it that badly though.
(what RPM @ 100 kph?)
Moronic thead
ALL of the illegal activities recommended are against the SM rules you guys accepted to be a member here.
The very next instance of this sort of stupidity WILL result in bans.
My eyes thank you!
Not seeing anything really strange apart from the rich spike at 105 kph and the lean spike at 115 (he might have stabbed the pedal there).
This is one of the dilemas of using Alphabet Controllers.
They often fight each other for control, there are combinations that can coexist but you need to find someone that's actually used xx with yy and has verifiable results NOT someone that knows someone that has a neighbour's cousin's...
It's not really the rwhp that's the issue it's more our fat pigs and getting them rolling coupled with the slow to release hydraulic clutch.
This is a perfect combination for friction welding.
J: The 1J would be the most awesome of awesome motors in a nice light car ;)
In our oompa loompa's though it's at a disadvantage.
Really happy to see the results you're getting and can't wait for some dry day vids (still think traction is going to be an issue though even with your tires)...
