it's the ALT fuse, on some cars it's a wire, on others it's an actual fuse (looks like a large fuse) you have to pull that section of the fuse box out and undo the bolts on the bottom of it, it does NOT just pull out...

find someone with a stock AFM housing and stock injectors and slap em in until you can afford decent injectors... it's far better to be down on power than to blow the engine from those injectors!!

whole lot of variables as to why they leak, that's one of the reasons I like pull style BOV's... to each their own I guess, but there is a reason HKS's BOV's sell so damn well...
