    lol, the pipes that cross over the engine bolt down, but the actual 3000 pipe replacement doesn't bolt down to the valvecover... not to mention it IS a smaller diameter than the TB, look at the first pic of it installed... The top pipes aren't the issue, it's the lower turbo to IC pipe...
