Messed up thing about em is that because they're 2 seaters... they classify as a "sports car" You're also forgetting the complete lack of aerodynamics, it's a moving wall... I'd rather be driving a Geo Metro hatchback that gets better gas milage, has more room, and isn't a rolling coffin...

If you didn't remove the belt and it wasn't put on quite right, it will pop the guides off the lower pulley... You'd probably hear grinding though...

Reverse doesn't have a syncro, so it's norml for it to be a bit tough to go in. Are you speaking about trying to go into first while moving? If so you need to rev match...

I'm thinking he's meaning the big gouge... Did they do that to the head? Or was it like that when you pulled the head off? If they did it, they owe you a head IMHO...

stock radiator + no shrouding + lots more HP = overheat...

fuel cut is not based on PSI but air flow past the AFM... As such, you could put the world's largest turbo on your car and the ECU will still only allow the max airflow it has set.

take the lexus AFM off until you get them... melting a piston is a real possibility...
