The car is stock for the most part, use the stock heat range plugs. Besides that I can't really tell you what it is without really seeing the car. When it stalls out, does it idle rough or anything before it happens, or does it act like you just turned the key off?

Sounds like heat soak of the CPS wiring. I had the same stupid issues until I replaced the wiring harness and CPS from the dealer, but I don't recommend it as it's not cheap...

My cooleze pipes neck down at certain points, unlike the ones in the picture earlier in the thread. This necked down area and the bead they weld on to the pipe limited the area that you had to get a clamp on. The worm gears are slimmer than the t-bolts, so it was a pain but once they're on...
