Yes, it will work fine, but you need the R154 flywheel, clutch assembly, slave cylinder, ect ect ect... Why would you use the R154 when the W58 is cheaper for the power levels that an N/A motor will put out?

Have to modify it. Cut the flat spot where the back bolt goes through on the heatshield out and it fits fine.

But if you have to replace either component the balancing is now screwed...

Worst thing is you could probably get away with exhaust like that since it looks like an old musclecar :D

Dunno WTF that thing is on the alternator, personally I wouldn't trust it as it's obviously not stock...
