Yeah, I found alot of similar ones, but they do not "recirculate" the coolant. SummitRacing has some also, that you have to manually drain, instead of the standard ones which will pull the coolant back into the radiator.
JC Witney's also got a "compact" overflow deal for about $7.... which...
Because of the giant IC install, I am relocating/replacing my coolant reservoir and wanted to know if anyone's found a smaller/compact one that I can use, which would still have a low-fluid-level sensor in it.
So, maybe there's a small-@$$ overflow bottle out there for another Toyota that I...
I have a 2J in there now and am in the process of going single... put a big-@$$ intercooler up there and found this PS cooler to be a serious eye-sore. So, I was looking to get something prettier/hidden, if I really did need one at all.
So... also looking at relocating the radiator...
It's finned AND 180 degrees. About 12" long and still had the metal pipe with it.... AND the hose that comes to it. I can take pics later... I just want the install to look good and function. No sense having a nice, shiny IC with something junky in front of it....
Hey guys,
I still have that fugly stock one, sitting in front of the new, shiny IC. Does anyone have any experience with the "finned" one that the domestics use, like in this auction?

Just want something that will still do the job...
I was wondering what "black mica" was.... Does it have a "red" tint to it... like refelective red paint flecks?? My 1990 Candaian model is like that and I just thought it'd been repainted with something wierd. However, getting ready to repaint it black... maybe this is rare and I should...
Intercooler - Can use 24x12x4... however do not get one designed for the MKIV, unless the endtank's inlets are facing towards the firewall, instead of straight out of the sides. Take a look at Rick's http://www.1jz-gte.us/ ... the inlets are facing the right way on the Blitz IC.
Waterpump...
No extra pulley.... I'll B on the lookout tho.... as far as single... sneak peek!!!
Guess why I was to busy to pull the fan off (didn't even get a chance yet to make look real pretty)??
Had lots to do, so I did not pull the fan off, but here're some more pics of it installed (where you can see the pulley)... tho I dunno if it will help...
Look here, in the parts folder... should be 3 pics named 2JZGTE.

My spare clutch/fan just arrived...
'kay guys...
I don't usually ask for opinions, but....
Satan's and I are going to get vanity plates soon, especially with the new rule in effect (only a rear tag needed in TX now).
So those of you that've been here for awhile and know how easy for ppl to get worked up in the...
The pulley will come off when you remove those four bolts (12mm, I think). Ya gotta kinda "work out" how to keeop the pulley from turning as you tighten/loosen the bolts. I also have a NEW fan (gosh they look sweet)... ~$90 just for it, without the clutch.
I am going out to the shop...
I believe that the waterpumps are the same.... since the NA fan does sit too far back on the engine, the difference may be the pulley as well. Make sure you have the TT pulley.... I'd have to call again, but I think that a rebuilt waterpump at the autoparts was the same part number....
I just ordered a $15 kit off of Ebay and put an electric solenoid/popper, replacing the need for a replacement cable. What's even neater is that we installed a relay with the alarm, that allows me to pop the hatch remotely as well. Well worth it in my book... good luck!
Dunno what the difference may be, but I do know that the N/A fan itself will not work. The clutch will.... so, there are some small differences that can keep it all from coming together right. Make sure that you're using the 2JZ-GTE specific items and it should all fit well. Good luck!
