Sorry, but I would NEVER put anything on the friction surface of the pads. Maybe it's just me, but the manufacturer designs the pad's compound to function a certain way, I'm not going to mess with it.
Now Brake Quiet on the back of the pads, sure...
Dealer will be able to get it with your VIN# a lot easier than trying to figure out the EPC...
Also, so far as I know, the auto tranny harnesses are discontinued.
Two craftsman click types here (ft-lb and in-lb).
ALWAYS remember to put them back to the lowest setting after use. Not doing so will screw up ANY click type.
Weights will focus on a specific muscle usually (especially with machines) while calisthenics works a lot more of the body at once.

The main point is to get the largest area under the curve. A properly sized turbo for your setup won't lag horribly.
Many of the guys with monster turbos also rev higher to be able to use that powerband.
Modern turbo design is also a big part of this as well...
People have pulled off mid 400's with a 57 trim, but it's pushing it...
I'd be surprised if you can even get as low as 10PSI for your low boost setting on just the wastegate given your mods...
