Look at trap speeds, a simple BPU MKIII will kill one on the highway (as I've had the joy of doing before), but from a dig you're going to play catch up and I hope you have a long road...
MKIII ABS rocks, you should configure a custom 4 channel system with your MoTeC :D (stock is 3 channel)
It's nothing like modern cars where the ABS kicks in way too early and pisses you off...
I'd be worried with introducing a lot of air to the ABS block. With the mityvac pump you could get away with it pretty easy, but for someone bleeding it the shadytree mechanic way I think it would be tough...
My valve stem seals came with short pieces of what looked like soda straws that you put over a valve so the tip of the valve wouldn't cut the seal.

Have to plug the temp sensor bung, trim the lower radiator rubber mounts, and fabricate some lower mounts for the shroud and a way to mount the bottom of the aux. fans.
Once that's done it's great and IMHO looks the best.
