they better evaluate things to the max before they release this product. at least if im going to put them on my car. they are a big name and they want to keep their reputation
are the electric fans only supposed to come on with the AC? mine comes on and off all the time regardless if the AC is on. i also notice that there is no difference when i press the AC button.... if the temp is lowered, the air gets colder.
im worried that the AC is always running even in the...
i had to do the same thing. the little wire from the coil pack is grounded to bracket its sitting on, then to valve covers. the ring connector and insulation on the wire was no good either. i dont see this as a good ground. i just ran it to known ground source
nothing like hot asian girls advertising at shows and for parts..... thats why i love import magazines
but really.... she is alright. but nothing super. check out dsport. best asians and asian mixes
i mounted the wb in the test pipe... it was easier to remove and weld the bung on there.
you can use the maftpro on just about any car with any fuel system....
tell that to your buddies who say otherwise.... ive fought with many autozone employees around my area who claim they come pre-gapped, so i pulled out that stupid little keychain feeler gauge they sell to prove them wrong. i fell for it once before in life.... never again
maft pro does not take too much time if you know what your doing. you dont have to master the settings to drive your car... as long as you have the base settings dialed in, youll be fine. if you plan on getting the full kit with Wideband tracking, speed density and boost control, then maftpro...
sounds like water pump. was your car fully warmed up to operating temp when you took the cap off? if the thermostat was closed there wouldnt be too much flow
when you take out the spark plugs... make sure to check the gap. often times when you get them from the store, they claim they are pre gapped. they most often arent pre-gapped for our car.

thanks greg.... ive never even thought about trying that. thats a great idea. if the new piston fits inside the cylinder, i can assume that the block wont work for me?

yea ill do it when i get home. when you first look at, it doesnt seem like it would work. so i cut a few inches off one side so the bend cleared the water neck. then i cut a few inches off the air filter side so it would fit in the bay. where are your ic pipes routed?
my new pistons are .020 over... im not planning on going .040 over. ive got 2 blocks, so between the two of them, hopefully one hasnt been machined yet
i just bought an aluminum 4" diameter pipe with 45 degree bend and cut off a little on each side. worked great.... i just had to pop a hole for the crankcase vent and ps idle up line... wasnt too bad once i found the parts.... ill post pics when i get home

ive never had one before... and im assuming your talking about both the front and the rear STB?
also how about lower frame braces? are they any good? and im pretty sure traction bars have proven results.
im looking to upgrade my suspension a bit and need to solid advice
thanks

dont quote me on this, but i heard from the painters at the body shop i worked at and i have no factual evidence of this.
i think its a chemically different paint then when you get body repairs. i believe its baked on to fuse it to the plastic (or metal) so it lasts longer and wont chip or...
the block in the car right now is a remanufactured.... its in pretty nice shape, but as you are saying it probably has oversized pistons (i doubt and hope its not .050 over). the spare block i have (which i plan on using for the built) has not been machined before.... as far as i know.
