If I recall correctly, you do need to pull the Y pipe on the NA to change spark plugs. As for hoses, either get silicone hoses from any local speed shop / High Temp Silicone, or buy the stock hoses from Jay Marks / Champion Toyota, either will likely be a fair bit cheaper than your local Toyota...

Actually, for drifting I'd likely leave it wingless. The drift guys never get up enough speed to get any advantage from any shape of wings... and the extra weight back there makes it harder to spin the tires.
