just a thought... but will there be an option for ceramic coating? all my manifolds are currently coated and i think it makes a big difference when they are.

i think cooleeze made an upper ic pipe that went from the throttle body to the fender. and there is an option to have a hks flange welded on for you bov. comes with couplers and clamps.
if you dont want to go that route, you would have to get someone custom make you that pipe.

they recommended the bigger size tire in the rear so you have more rubber coming in contact with the ground. this will give you better traction.
the only problem is that you wont be able to rotate your tires
are you trying to hold up the car, or the subframe?
im assuming that the rear of the car is already up on stands. so i would loosen all the bolts first, and use a jack to assist u in holding it up

depending on what FEA program you are using, he might be refering to what kind of mesh you used. did you you a single pass or multipass adaptive (p-element). or he could just be refering to the flowrates, pressure, temp, stress/strain, etc

ive run without that gasket for about a month without any problems. i could just be lucky. just clean both surfaces good and use some fipg on the gasket for extra sealing.
i would keep whatever has minimal rust and is in decent running order. otherwise you'll find yourself spending a lot of time and money getting the car in good working order

thats a good idea. my foglights have never worked since i got the car. when i installed my hids, i fixed all the wiring on my fog lights and then did the foglight rewire as the OP stated. The foglights worked for about a day or so and then they were gone. the fuse keeps blowing.
