check your 100A fuse. this is most likely the problem. chances are, you accidentally touched a big power wire to a ground during the swap. same thing happened to me. look closely at it and take off the small clear cover over the fuse. sometimes it gets in the ways and looks like the fuse is...

is your fuel pump taking a crap? pulling more amps than normal? i had the efi problem and had a topic on it as well. it ended up being my throttle plate hitting my wiring harness and grounding out.

he didn't lengthen the harness. we drilled a hole under the dash and routed it though there.... haha much easier
