well i think i'm going with white. i will be getting different rims this summer anyway. its just something alot of supra owners don't do so im going with it. when it gets a new paintjob, the trim will be red as well. then, i think the rims will go with it better.

So i was just wondering what your guy's thoughts were on me painting my rims white. here is a before: and here she is after: so should i go white or stay chrome?

listen to the first response. its just a variable valve that goes in between your turbo and your wastegate. simple

no. thats up to the wastegate...its set at 6 psi stock and cannot go lower.

1500 not including the motor right? you are going to have some wiring fun!! not to mention, if you go with an r154, you will have to drop some cash on a driveshaft, probably bang out the tranny tunnel, completley custom motor mounts, exhaust, intercooler, maybe radiator, hope you don't like ac...

if you look at my post, i had the same problem. i checked around the throttle body and found out when i would floor the car, my linkage was hitting the wiring harness, slowly causing it to cut through the insulation and grounding out a wire....check around your intake manifold.

well, lets just say its going to take quite a bit of work. without an auto ecu or harness, its going to be a huge hassle.

its not that bad at least. i owned my supra for about 23 minutes when a civic rear ended me. it destroyed the civic, and just chipped a piece of paint off my bumper...did you get the guys insurance info? will this be covered?

if you look at the sending unit carefully, you will see a brass button on top. that clip slides onto it at a 90* angle...

well the center caps say tsw, but im not sure if they are for those rims. they are 16" rims. and not cobra rims.
