well, a little more progress today! after the 7m my engine bay looked pretty bad: so i power washed it with some degreaser and wow! i didn't know the subframes were gloss black! haha here is a pic before i started the tuck: here is a pic of the subframe. still a little more cleaning to do...

Ok so i installed the harness to see how it would mock up. i do have to say that it doesn't look to shabby!! you can hardly tell there is a harness there. I do still have to hook up the iac and tps but those will be later once i get a new throttle body.

So yes, more progress today! Just got my wiring harness done. wow what a pain in the ass!! tore it all the way down, past the loop, fixed any bad connectors, lenthened and shortened all necessary connectors. needless to say, alot of cuttin and soldering! This is a pic of it from a couple hours...

so as some may know im going na-t with 7m electronics. my question in this: i know we are supposed to use the 7m ops, and i know it must be extended out in order to not get in the way of the block. my question is this: can i use the stock 2j oil pressure sensor and just switch clips? im guessing...

well found my charger for the camera so here are some small progress pics from today! started to mildy tear down the motor so that i could route my harness to see what i had to shorten and extend. My new oil sandwich plate. need this baby to cool/feed my turbo! started to modify my cps...

and i the same with yours! tomorrow i am going to mate my harness to the motor and get it all lengthened/shortened where needed. will post some pics of the progress tomorrow.

ok first off. do not put your motor in without fixing the tranny. its not very hard, just a little time consuming. there is enough info here to get it done right. What type of budget are you working with and how much power do you plan on putting down? you could go with a turbo setup that aaron...
