I loved the kappa series, I used to heavily rep them. Back in 1999-2000 they were really ahead of the curve when it came to car audio. Unfortunately they have since fallen to the wayside in most ways they are now just an above good speaker.

Untill you can fit at minimum 60GB(more preferably) worth of data on a smart phone I'm going to have to stick with my ipod. Smartphone can do a lot but just not everything.

Are you sure you have a solid charging system. If not, take it to checker, napa whatever and get it checked. A poor or weak charging system can generate ghost's in the cars electrical system.

Those speakers will take pretty good care of you then as long as you have a subwoffer to back them up. Those speaker have a pretty decent sound quality to them but are just a little light in the backbone department, if you know what I mean.
