ok, one last problem. the pedal is anchored to the floor at the bottom of the pedal. so i've got this gas pedal anchored with a rod holding it off of the floor, when i push on the pedal it pivots at the 'foot' and pushes the rod down. there is a spring holding the throttle plate closed...

Could you guys help me design a throttle cable for the power wagon? right now i've got some ancient rod system running to the throttle body, and it's all rusty/sticky. i've been thinking about rigging up a cable to open the throttle for smoother operation.

take a pressurewasher and some engine brite (be sure to cover and avoid all electrical connections) and clean up the engine bay real good. then try to spot where the oil spray is coming from. if not, then grab the oil dye.
basics: mr2 shell only. i could care less what the interior looked like as long as i had room to sit. and as long as i could figure a way to put a 2j in there, id be even happier.
