This isn't the right way to look at it. Boost is relative to the rest of the parts in your system. How about defining what you want power- or driveability-wise? Do you want something that drives well in traffic? Something that smokes tires off the line? Something that puts down huge numbers...

Basically, no, there is no formula that will tell you whether you are in the danger zone or not. You really need a dyno and a set of electric ears. The fuel pump isn't likely to help, and without the larger injectors you're going to run into fuel cut *hard* with a 57trim.
